Welcome Back - And a Blue Jay was never black

Well it is about time for the boys of summer to begin their annual spring pilgrimage to sunny destinations for some baseball (and plenty of golf).

In the world of athletic fashion there is really nothing ground breaking happening this MLB 2012 season that I see thus far. The caps look the same, the jerseys look the same, jackets, etc.

However, welcome back to the Toronto Blue Jays. After too many years of ignoring their awesome color and logo history finally a BLUE JAY is back. What the hell were they ever thinking of going with a black color palette for a team named the Blue Jays anyway???

Apparently there is a feeling of dislike with the new USA basketball jerseys and the way that USA is laid out on the front of the jersey. Really???? I actually like the symmetry of the lay out.

Nba All Star Uniforms 2012

Adidas has unveiled the NBA All Star uniforms for 2012. Nothing earth shattering on the visual end. They look much the same as they have for the past several years.

On the technology end of things of course they are hailed as moving the needle when it comes to weight, movement, yada, yada, yada.....
